The owner, Chef JW, has been cooking meals and dishes for others for over 20 years and providing customers with the best product has always been his number one goal. Whether it was cakes, quiche, lasagna or other desserts, his reputation has been to always put a satisfying smile on each customer's face.

Chef JW
Chef JW, comes from a line a home bakers on both his father's and mother's side. His grandparents were US Army cooks, commercial bakers and home bakers. Some of his fondest childhood memories were of his parents, baking t-cakes, cakes, biscuits and dozens of other desserts for home and for others. Having caught the love for baking early as a child, Chef JW would often cook breakfast every morning for his brothers and prepare dinner before his parents came home. Since 1998, he has cooked for potlucks, prepared food for house parties, business lunches, and all sorts of gatherings. He has served as a cook in the culinary ministry at mega church for over 5 years preparing food for hundreds of people each week. He is now currently the Overseer for a culinary ministry at a local church. In the early 2000's, Chef JW even developed his own successful seasoning blend entitled Gourmet Goodstuff which has blessed homes and businesses for over 20 years!
